Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, clients, and visitors to meetings, property sites, and other business-related locations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop‑off schedules in line with company requirements.
• Assist in property site visits and inspections by transporting staff and materials as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good working condition of company vehicles at all times.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules (oil changes, tire checks, registration, insurance, etc.) and coordinate necessary repairs or servicing.
• Run errands such as delivering documents, collecting supplies, or processing payments as instructed.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules, regulations, and company driving policies.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
• Provide assistance in loading and unloading materials or equipment when necessary.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with clients and company-related matters.

Qualifications:
