Overview
The Agent/Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services while also managing tasks related to client interaction and support. This dual role requires a professional who can handle driving responsibilities with precision and attention to safety, while also performing duties akin to a personal assistant or agent, such as scheduling, communication, and logistical coordination.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a vehicle to transport clients to various destinations such as meetings, events, airports, or appointments.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in excellent working condition through regular maintenance checks.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and time constraints.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other service providers or vendors as necessary to facilitate client requirements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by the employer or client.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with the appropriate class for the vehicle being operated.
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility issues if necessary.
- Flexible in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the client’s needs.
