• Maintain a schedule to ensure punctuality for pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel usage.
• Assist with loading and unloading HVAC equipment and materials.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents to management immediately.
