Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers according to approved delivery schedules and routes.
• Ensure accurate checking, loading, and unloading of items based on delivery receipts and invoices.
• Secure items properly to prevent damage during transport.
• Obtain customer signatures on delivery receipts and ensure complete documentation.
• Collect payments (cash/check) when required and remit to the designated personnel promptly.
• Report delivery concerns, shortages, damages, or customer issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection before and after trips (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned delivery vehicle.
• Monitor vehicle preventive maintenance schedule and report any mechanical issues.
• Keep accurate trip logs, fuel records, and delivery reports.
