Responsibilities

• Transporting goods, employees, or clients in accordance with the company’s requirements and safety guidelines.
• Ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering factors such as traffic and weather conditions.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure its safety and efficiency, and report any mechanical issues and coordinate repairs as necessary.
• Follow all road safety rules and regulations; ensure the vehicle is in compliance with local and national regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance logs, and record delivery or travel details and any incidents or delays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous driving experience, particularly in a professional or commercial setting, is preferred.
• Must hold a valid, clean driver’s license with the appropriate class for the vehicle being driven; possess any necessary certifications or endorsements (e.g., commercial driver’s license, if applicable).
