Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Provide safe and timely transportation for company personnel to various destinations, including meetings, events, and appointments.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues to management and arrange for repairs as needed.
• Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding company matters.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and accommodating to the needs of passengers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.

Qualifications
