About the role

We are looking for a reliable driver and rider who can drive manual and automatic and is willing to be an assistant to help the company with all duties related to transportation. The driver will service employees and clients, collect various materials, and maintain travel records to document work hours, travel time, and locations visited. You will also perform routine vehicle inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Safe transport of company employees, equipment, and materials to and from designated locations on time
• Assist in loading and unloading staff baggage, equipment, and materials
• Plan travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction
• Immediately report any tickets issued to the company vehicle during work hours
• Ensure the company vehicle is always parked in authorized parking areas to avoid towing
• Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained through regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle care
• Provide accurate records of arrival and departure times of the company vehicle
• Report any accidents, damage, and injuries to the vehicle to management
