Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• With or without experience in NGO/Social Work/Social Enterprise.
• With related experience as cashier and seller.
• Able to communicate properly.
• Knowledgeable in basic cashiering programs.
• Must be trustworthy, honest, and a practicing Catholic.
• Works with minimum supervision.
• Passionate to help the marginalized sectors of the community.
• Can work on holidays and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the monthly sales quota of the store has been met.
• Ensure sales documents are in order and valid discounts are checked.
• Confidently handle a wide range of customers.
• Verify prices and quantities against receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of stocks.
• Ensure all sales are deposited the same day with documentation.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
• Use inventory tablet for sales and deliveries.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
