Job summary

China Road and Bridge Corporation is seeking a qualified Community Relations Officer for an ongoing DPWH infrastructure construction project in Muntinlupa. The role involves coordinating with LGUs, barangay officials, community leaders, and residents to foster positive relations and address concerns.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, proven fieldwork experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communication, Public Relations, Political Science, Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
• Must be a resident of Muntinlupa City.
• With relevant work experience in DPWH infrastructure, road construction, or other government infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, public consultation, or community development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with local government units (LGUs), barangay officials, community leaders, affected residents, and other stakeholders.
• Good report-writing, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and attend community meetings as required.
