Job summary

Metrobank is launching an accelerated Management Trainee program in La Union to develop future Relationship Managers for Commercial Banking. Trainees will undergo structured classroom training, business immersions, and cross-functional rotations.

Successful trainees will be deployed to RM roles after completing the program, building competencies in governance, advisory services, and client relationship management, with a pathway to leadership within one of the Philippines' leading banks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical aptitude and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and achievement in academics or activities.
• Strong interest in commercial banking and relationship management.
