Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, English, or related field.
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Science or a vertically aligned program (preferred).
• At least one year of college-level teaching experience.
• Strong mastery of subject concepts and effective teaching strategies.
• Skilled in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update curriculum and course syllabi in collaboration with academic leaders.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster student growth and achievement.
• Assess student progress through tests, projects, and consultations, providing academic advising and guidance.
• Manage classroom discipline and student safety both on and off campus, including internships and activities.
• Participate in faculty meetings, research, community outreach, and student organizations as assigned.
• Uphold the university's reputation through professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to its mission.
