Job summary

SLI Consulting Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive the replacement of the bank's Collections System. You will gather enterprise requirements, design system solutions, and work with stakeholders across BU, IT, and external vendors to ensure a compliant, scalable implementation.

The role requires experience in banking collections, data mapping, and regulatory alignment, with strong analytical and documentation capabilities to support end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 1–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in banking or financial services.
• Prior involvement in Collections System implementation or replacement projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in enterprise‑level projects with integration to core banking systems.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements related to collections and credit risk is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and internal IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering & analysis for the new Collections System.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and configurations.
• Support SIT and UAT planning, test case development, and defect management.
• Assist with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for collections data.
• Coordinate with external solution providers to validate deliverables and ensure solution completeness.
