Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an experienced Collections Representative to manage high‑volume outbound calls, negotiate and collect on portfolio accounts, and deliver excellent customer service. You will drive arrears recovery, document outcomes, and follow compliant processes while maintaining confidentiality and meeting KPIs.
