Job summary

Reinventcarbon seeks an experienced CNC Operator for turning operations in our production facility in the Philippines. You will set up machines according to job cards, load fixtures and tooling, and monitor runs to guarantee quality and on-time output.

You will inspect parts using precision gauges, adjust programs as needed, and document logs for traceability. A background in CNC manufacturing with strong attention to detail and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• ITI or diploma with technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years CNC machine operation in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong measurement and quality-control capability.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Turning machines per production schedule and quality requirements.
• Load raw materials, align tooling, and set up fixtures before machining.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot as needed.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Make minor program adjustments to improve quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Document production logs and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Set up CNC machines according to job cards and schedules.
• Load and adjust programs (G-code/M-code) for each job.
• Conduct initial test runs and fine-tune machine settings.
• Ensure setups meet quality and dimensional standards before release.
• Collaborate with CNC operators to ensure smooth handover and minimal downtime.
• Maintain setup sheets, logs, and traceability documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• I.T.I or equivalent or Diploma; technical certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years Of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of machine tooling and setup procedures.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of G-code and M-code programming (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.
