Cloud Platform Engineer (SQL Server Database)
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will bridge the gap between traditional database management and modern cloud infrastructure. You will design, construct, test, and deploy cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and non-cloud environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of intensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server (administration, optimization, and scaling).
- Cloud Architecture: Expert proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Architecture.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Security: Strong understanding of cloud security principles and data residency best practices.
- DevOps Mastery: Experience with DevOps Architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
- Resiliency: Experience designing scalable and resilient cloud solutions (High Availability/Disaster Recovery).
- Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (GKE).
