Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP seeks Cloud Automation and Platform Support professionals to back enterprise automation on AWS. The role focuses on platform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure compliant, reliable processes.

The ideal candidate has cloud-based app experience, automation workflows, IaC (Terraform), and production support, with strong collaboration in a global, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AWS cloud services and serverless technologies.
  • Knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, Glue and Athena.
  • Experience with Terraform or IaC concepts.
  • Experience in application support, production support, or cloud operations.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and enterprise support processes.
  • Basic to intermediate Python scripting experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within global and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Operations - Automation - DevOps: Provide operational support for cloud-based automation platforms and services.
  • Monitor application health, alerts, scheduled jobs, and automation workflows.
  • Investigate and resolve platform, infrastructure, and integration-related issues.
  • Support AWS services including Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, Glue, and Athena.
  • Support Infrastructure as Code deployments and configuration changes.
  • Maintain integrations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Support recurring operational and compliance-related activities.
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams, cloud teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Support platform enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in production support, change implementation, and release activities.

Job Description

We are seeking Cloud Automation and Platform Support professionals to support enterprise automation solutions running on AWS cloud services. The role will focus on platform operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure reliable execution of compliance and operational processes. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting cloud-based applications, automation workflows, infrastructure technologies, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

In-Office Collaboration
