Job summary

Cornerstone seeks an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer to support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and ensure reliability, performance and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor services, automate tasks and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a 1+ year track record in cloud operations, basic cloud platform knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP), Linux/Windows familiarity, scripting ability, and experience with monitoring tools such as

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent practical experience.
1+ years of cloud operations experience.
Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure or Google Cloud and Linux/Windows servers.
Familiarity with networking (DNS, VPNs, load balancing, firewalls).
Experience with scripting (Python or Bash) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure for availability, performance and security.
Investigate and resolve cloud incidents with engineering teams.
Automate routine operational tasks using scripting.
Use monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK) to track system health.
Support deployments using CI/CD and configuration management (Ansible).
Document operational processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
