Job summary

Novare Philippines Inc. is seeking a cloud engineer to deploy and maintain cloud environments across major platforms like AWS and AliCloud.

You will work with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and reliability, tackling technical challenges and optimizing deployments. The role requires hands-on experience with cloud deployment, migration, and disaster recovery, plus strong Linux and containerization skills.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in cloud computing and AWS services.
Experience managing and maintaining AWS-based infrastructure for scalability, availability, and security.
Hands-on deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of AWS resources in production environments.
Implemented cost-optimization strategies and automated provisioning using IaC tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation or Terraform).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good written communications skills for technical documentation and collaboration.
Willing to work onsite or in a hybrid setup with occasional travel to BGC.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across hyperscaler platforms such as AWS and AliCloud.
Develop and optimize cloud-based solutions to meet client needs.
Support cloud migration, deployment, and disaster recovery activities.
Work closely with developers and teams to troubleshoot cloud issues.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for stability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Evaluate emerging cloud tools and advise on relevance to projects.
Implement security and compliance practices to protect client data.
Maintain documentation including architecture, deployment processes, and SOPs.
