SunnyData, a leading Databricks technology partner, is seeking a Solutions Architect specialized in Platform, Cloud Infrastructure and Security to design and implement scalable data infrastructure while meeting security and compliance requirements.

You will engage customers as a trusted advisor, guide data engineering and architecture needs, and collaborate with sales to demonstrate platform value across AI and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Solutions Architect in data security or related areas.
• Cloud infrastructure design with security and networking best practices.
• Expertise in Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Databricks and cloud platforms.
• Strong end-to-end data analytics, architecture and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers as trusted advisor guiding data engineering and architecture needs with Databricks.
• Design, build, and deploy data solutions for AI, ML and BI initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales to present technical solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring timely delivery and reporting of outcomes.
• Architect data solutions with governance, security, and quality considerations.
• Lead internal teams and mentor engineers throughout projects.
• Perform system analysis and resolve data and system defects.
• Test data movement, transformations, and data components for accuracy.
