Job summary

Haleon seeks a Security Product Owner for Cloud Data & AI to lead security capability development across cloud, data and AI platforms. You will manage globally distributed engineering teams and co‑own cyber product strategy with Haleon architecture.

You will partner with IT Operations, cyber defense, and vendors to design scalable, compliant security products, measure outcomes, and report to senior leaders. 15+ years in cyber product leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity product management, cloud/data security, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence without direct authority across engineering, architecture, operations, and cyber defense teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise‑scale security capabilities and reporting measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own execution for Cloud and IA Cyber products, capabilities, and enhancements.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams across engineering, architecture, and operations.
• Manage product backlog including intake, refinement, prioritisation, sequencing, and delivery communication.
• Design security capabilities for scalability, reliability, and enterprise compliance.
• Report progress, risks and metrics to Director/VP level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SOC/IR/DFIR teams to integrate cyber capabilities across platforms.
