Job summary

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a training and quality role within a BPO setting.
  • Experience with any type of conversion programs is acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for training and quality across clinical services.
  • Lead URAC accreditation efforts and support USRN academies.
  • Implement training programs and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Conduct client workshops and manage client feedback.

Skills

Active and unrestricted USRN license
Clinical experience in various healthcare settings
Experience in training and quality role within a BPO
Strong background in Utilization Management
