Job summary

Sagility is hiring a Clinical - Quality Analyst (Temporary) in Quezon City. The role ensures adherence to quality policies and drives quality improvements across operations, focusing on patient and member experiences in healthcare services.

The candidate should have an ACTIVE USRN license, 6+ months in a call center, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to engage across levels to drive change. Willing to be based in Iloilo or Manila as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified employees with ACTIVE USRN License and satisfactory performance.
• Minimum 6 months call center experience in supported account.
• Must meet KPI targets with good attendance.
• No disciplinary action in last 6 months.
• Able to engage across levels and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Monitor voice and non-voice transactions (web, voice, email).
• Encode evaluations in central repository and summarize results.
• Identify customer contact reasons and pain points/sentiments.
• Audit quality issues with Operations and regulators of quality.
• Evaluate customer surveys and calls for CSAT trends.
• Provide actionable insights to Operations and Training.
• Design and deliver reports on quality and CSAT patterns.
