Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy graduate with active PRC license.
• 1–2 years of work experience in medical industry or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to be assigned in community-clinic/pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and pharmacy products with proper labeling, storage, and compounding as needed.
• Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure appropriate therapy, correct dosage, and minimize interactions.
• Counsel patients on safe medication use and report any erroneous prescriptions to authorities.
• Manage inventory: source suppliers, receive orders, monitor stock, and conduct audits.
• Encode medicines into the system and prepare purchase orders and daily income reports.
• Ensure quality, safety, and proper storage of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and government reporting documentation.
• Protect confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and provide drug education through trainings.
• Supervise pharmacy personnel and maintain a clean, sanitary environment.
• Coordinate operations and assist with management initiatives.
