Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Preferably BS Clinical Pharmacy / Major in Clinical Pharmacy or Graduate of Doctor of Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced medication management as part of unit-based practice to ensure rational, safe and cost-effective pharmacotherapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to recommend appropriate drug product selection, regimen design and optimal drug therapy monitoring services.
- Participate in continuing education programs and provide training to pharmacists, interns, and other healthcare professionals.
