Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a licensed nurse to provide medical aid and assessments based on records, examinations and lab results. You will support medical services directives and ensure proper sick leave and absence confirmations with first aid provided as needed.

You will assess patient conditions and communicate recommended medical interventions to Mall Operations and your supervisor, including referrals, rest or hospitalization when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BS Nursing.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Preferably certified on Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training.
• Open to flexible schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to SM Aura, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• To provide medical assessments based on medical records, conducted physical examination and laboratory test results.
• To ensure confirmation processes (undertime, absences, sick leave, etc) based on the result of the conducted evaluations are properly performed; to provide patient/s with first aid assistance.
• To assess and inform Mall Operations and concerned immediate superior of the recommended medical intervention (hospitalization, check-up, clinic referral, rest, to be sent home, etc) based on patient's condition.
