Tasq Work is seeking a QA Team Lead – Clinical Denials to oversee the QA function for Clinical Denials operations. This role ensures consistent QA standards, audit methodology, and scorecards while coaching denials specialists and collaboration with revenue cycle stakeholders.

Qualified candidates will have an RN license or clinical credential, 4–5 years in denials or CDI, and 1–2 years of QA leadership. On-site work in BGC/Taguig with potential transfer to QC locations; night shift coverage is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field and active nursing/clinical credential.
• 4–5 years in clinical denials, CDI, utilization management, coding, RCM, or related areas.
• 1–2 years of QA, auditing, and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, medical necessity, coding, reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily Clinical Denials QA team activities and audits.
• Monitors QA performance, turnaround times, and quality metrics.
• Provides coaching, feedback, and competency development.
• Ensures coverage and prioritization of QA workload.
• Oversees routine and focused audits of denials and appeals.
• Maintains QA scorecards, calibration sessions, and standard methodologies.
• Presents quality findings to leadership and supports client reporting.
