Qualifications

• 2+ years of applicable experience in data management.
• Ability to adhere to regulatory guidelines and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Applies project protocol components to daily tasks and directs others on how to apply.
• Liaises with Project Lead and clients regarding DM activities.
• Develops and maintains DM project documentation files and reviews deliverables.
• Develops and delivers study-specific training for DM staff.
• Produces project status reports and monitors study metrics.
• Assists with business development activities and bid defense meetings as needed.
• Assists with forecasting hours and resource requirements; identifies out-of-scope activities.
• Mentors junior staff on study tasks.
• Manages administrative and financial tasks of allocated projects with attention to quality.
