Work Setup: Onsite (Pulilan Bulacan)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and optimize daily clinic workflows for maximum productivity and quality.
  • Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives that improve clinic performance.
  • Analyze data, anticipate problems, and implement solutions fast.
  • Lead by example: coach, manage, and elevate a diverse clinic team.
  • Handle staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ensure performance metrics are met through consistent follow-through and support.
  • Set the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
  • Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
  • Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skills
  • Agile, systems-thinker who thrives in solving day-to-day operational challenges
  • Computer-proficient; able to multitask in fast-paced settings
  • Passionate about creating impact through organized, efficient, people-first leadership
  • Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)
