Qualifications

• Experience in BPO or contact center and back-office services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand existing and desired business processes.
• Assist clients in optimizing their use of application platforms.
• Deliver high-quality documentation of client requirements.
• Deliver training tailored to customer-specific configuration.
• Produce deliverables on Riskonnect’s primary platforms.
• Manage escalations and expectations for client and internal personnel.
