Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Dasmariñas, Cavite is seeking a Client Service Associate to accurately process over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and related transactions in line with bank standards.

The role requires strong customer service, a willingness to promote banking products when appropriate, and adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting end-of-day activities at the branch. This is an onsite position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in branch operations (fresh graduates may apply).
• Required skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required from time to time.
• Ensures compliance with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively
• Willing to work onsite in Dasmariñas, Cavite
