2. Processes, reviews, and recommends claims for approval within the assigned scope/area and standard turnaround time
3. Maintains effective communication, coordination, and good relationship with clients, concerned business units, and other parties involved
4. Willing to be reinforced during calamity season to help in validation and processing of claims.
