Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Civil Support Services Supervisor in Benguet to lead civil engineers and operators, overseeing maintenance of civil infrastructure across renewable energy plants. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensure safety, and support community impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering background, a valid engineering license, and experience in project planning, cost analysis, and risk assessment within renewable energies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer must be held; BOSH/COSH is preferred.

As Civil Support Services Supervisor, you will oversee civil support and maintenance activities across renewable energy plants and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with a team of civil engineers, HE operators, and cross-functional plant departments to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and supervise a team of civil engineers and operators maintaining civil infrastructure across renewable energy plants.


• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for civil structures, including roads, foundations, and drainage systems.


• Supervise project plans, schemes, budgets, designs, site investigations, and feasibility studies for expansion or repair projects.


• Ensure all civil work complies with relevant health, safety regulations, and company Integrated Management Systems standards.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Strong leadership, team management, and collaborative communication skills.


• Solid knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural/slope protection design, and maintenance practices.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead emergency response/calamity assessments.


• Proactive approach to budget management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field


• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in civil maintenance (preferably in renewable energy or related industries)


• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer; BOSH/COSH certificate is preferred

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, 3D design software (Geo5, ArcGIS are a plus), and field data tools (LiDAR, Total stations)


• Strong skills in project management, cost analysis, risk assessment, and civil infrastructure design
