SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. seeks a licensed Civil Engineer to lead bid evaluations and project management for Land and Building Improvement projects. You will assess past implementations, standardize procedures, and support negotiations with suppliers.

The role includes QA/QC during on-site audits, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards across all mall projects in Metro Manila. Willingness to be assigned to MOA Pasay or other mall branches is required.

Formación

• BS Civil Engineering required.
• Knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards.
• Willing to be assigned in MOA, Pasay or any mall branches in Metro Manila.

Responsabilidades

• Creates bid/buying specifications, guidelines and standards for Land and Building Improvement projects.
• Monitors contract terms thru warranty trackers and project milestones.
• Coordinates with contractors and Project Owners to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
