Job summary

A construction firm is seeking a construction site inspector responsible for site inspections, monitoring workmanship, and managing documentation for projects in Metro Manila and provincial areas. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 1 year of related experience, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably board passer).
• At least 1 year of work experience related to the area of application.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure conformity with construction plans and quality standards.
• Study and review plans for implementation.
• Inspect and monitor workmanship.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and accomplishments.
• Assist in gathering data and consolidating information for reporting.
• Manage paperwork and documentation related to the work area.
• Prepare procurement of necessary materials for designated areas.
• Estimate material quantity requirements for different scopes of work.
• May be assigned to areas such as Line and Grade, Concreting, Rebar, Formworks, Finishing, Precast, and QA/QC.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
