Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site inspection, supervision, and quality monitoring of all civil, structural, and architectural works.
  • Verify contractor compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
  • Review inspection requests, test results, and daily progress reports.
  • Coordinate with EPCOM contractors, Ardurra engineers, and Metro Pacific Water representatives to resolve site issues.
  • Monitor corrective actions for non-conformance reports and assist in approvals of WIRs, RFAs, and material submittals.
  • Ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at the project site.
  • Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports, material testing logs, and site progress documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • PRC License preferred
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in civil, structural, or architectural inspection
  • Strong background in construction supervision and quality control
  • Familiar with international construction standards and codesProficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and inspection documentation
