Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Good coordination and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Being a resident in Calamba is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the SDO of Calamba and 2 schools to facilitate the project implementation.
• Supervise the construction and improvement of school facilities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the project.
• Facilitate project budget management and financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit required reports including monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
• Organize and facilitate activities such as MOA signing and turnover ceremony.
• Coordinate with contractors for timely project completion.
