• Must be a licensed engineer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, and implementation of civil works.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare design calculations, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure conformance with approved plans.
• Implement QA/QC procedures for materials and workmanship.
• Prepare progress billings, reports, and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with architects, geodetic engineers, MEP engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with DPWH/LGU standards, permits, and safety rules.
• Support project close-out with as-built drawings and turnover.
