Job Description

  • Assist in the daily monitoring and supervision of civil construction activities at assigned work areas.
  • Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure compliance with approved plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections, progress tracking, and reporting of construction milestones and issues.
  • Review construction drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs, raising concerns or discrepancies to the Civil Lead or Project Manager
  • Ensure proper documentation of project records including reports, logs, inspection forms, and as-built drawings.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A professional license in engineering is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of civil engineering experience in hydropower or large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., dams, tunnels, power plants, upper basin, lower area, site installation, or highways).
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction methodologies.
  • Willingness to work 100% onsite, with flexibility to be assigned in either Rizal or Laguna project locations.
