Job summary

STX_ENTERPRISES is seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Operator to prepare, develop, and revise 2D drawings for infrastructure and construction projects. You will work with Project Engineers and other technical teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of project drawings.

Applicants should have a diploma or degree in Drafting Technology or Civil Engineering, at least 2 years of AutoCAD experience, and the ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related technical course.
• 2+ years of experience as an AutoCAD Operator, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D drafting and technical drawing interpretation.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans, specs, and construction drawings.
• Keen attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of roadworks, drainage, pavement, grading, and other civil works is a plus.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop 2D engineering drawings, plans, profiles, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD.
• Prepare and revise infrastructure drawings based on designs, specs, and site requirements.
• Assist in preparing road, drainage, pavement, grading, and other civil infrastructure drawings.
• Incorporate revisions and technical comments from Project Engineers and Engineering Managers.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, properly scaled, dimensioned, and compliant with project specifications.
• Maintain and organize drawing files, revisions, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with site personnel to verify actual site conditions and incorporate necessary adjustments.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
