About The Job

• Develop, maintain, and enhance low‑code/no‑code solutions for the legal department using Microsoft products such as PowerApps, Copilot, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
• Document requirements within projects and collaborate with the Legal Technology Manager to design an implementation strategy.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve business challenges through digital solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and quality standards for the developed applications.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of application issues, while providing user support and training.

Skills And Competencies

Must have

• Excellent proficiency in low‑code technologies within the Microsoft environment (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerPages).
• Ability to work independently, with a structured and diligent approach, while also being an effective team player.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing low‑code projects.
• Fluent English language skills.

Not Required But a Plus

• Completed studies or training with a focus on IT.
• Knowledge of software development and data modelling.
• Familiarity with Power Fx, M‑Query, and DAX.
• Experience in the legal tech sector.
• Understanding of the potential and limitations of AI (including LLMs) and proficiency in implementing these capabilities.

Educational Background / Work Experience

• University / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT)
• 2 years of experience in automation
• International working experience preferred
• Experience in the legal tech sector is a plus
