Job summary

RSO Architecture seeks a senior treasury leader in Metro Manila to optimize daily cash, manage funding strategies, and mitigate financial risk across FX and interest rates. You will steer banking relationships, forecast cash flow, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding the treasury function at a senior level.

The role requires 10–15 years of corporate finance or banking experience with at least 5 years in a leadership position, and a strong background in finance systems and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA or CPA/CFA/CTP strongly preferred.
• 10–15 years in corporate finance or banking, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of financial markets, liquidity planning, and treasury systems; strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash & Liquidity Management: optimize daily cash balances to cover operations.
• Funding & Capital Structure: oversee funding strategies and debt management.
• Financial Risk Mitigation: manage FX and interest rate risk.
• Banking Relationships: negotiate credit lines, rates, and service agreements.
• Cash Forecasting: lead regular cash flow forecasting for investments and deployment.
• Compliance & Reporting: ensure treasury operations comply with regulations and report to CFO.
