Job summary

DATEM Incorporated seeks a seasoned Head of Internal Audit to lead the strategic internal audit function in the Philippines. You will design and execute the annual audit plan, driving risk assessment, control effectiveness, and governance improvement across construction projects.

You will mentor a team of auditors, analyze complex data, and communicate findings to senior management and the Audit Committee. The role requires a CPA/CIA and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• CPA or CIA certification required.
• 10+ years of internal audit experience.
• Experience in construction or heavy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
