• Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and within shelf‑life standards.
• Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and special cutting requests.
• Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and health standards.
