Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines invites applications for a role that oversees daily check releasing processes under the Branch Lite Units – NCR Check Fulfillment and Document Validation, ensuring client-focused service delivery to corporate clients.

You will handle timely releasing of printed checks, ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree, preferably Business Course graduates.
• Good communications skills and computer literate.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate releasing of printed TBG Manager's Checks (MC) and Corporate Checks (CC).
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and internal requirements applicable to the functions and duties of the Team.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of data, transactions, check inventory, invoices, payments and reports processed and held by the Team.
• Resolving or escalating check releasing issues and concerns.
• Timely and accurately preparation of all reportorial requirements.
• Provides support to the Section by assisting in the check verification process of CCS/UTM transactions.
• Performing all assigned tasks in accordance with existing controls and accounting principles, as well as the established implementing guidelines, policies, procedures and standards.
