Over time, the role expands into hosting webinars for prospective clients and a broader sales/marketing position, with a warm, natural on-camera presence that resonates with US and international audiences.

Qualifications

• Confident, natural, and charismatic presence on camera.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear delivery for US and international audiences.
• Warm, personable, with strong rapport-building abilities.
• Ability to turn a script or news story into an engaging message.
• Comfortable serving as the public face of the brand on social media.
• Intelligent, quick learner who picks up new tools and ideas fast.
• Responsible, observant, and able to work with little oversight.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shoot 2–3 short talking-head videos daily in a green-screen setup with the article visible behind you.
• React to outsourcing, VA, and workplace trend news and tie each story to our value.
• Deliver scripts prepared with AI tools in your natural voice and personality.
• Finish videos with a clear call to action for our free guide.
• Respond to comments/DMs and guide viewers through lead capture flow.
• Post and publish videos across our social channels.
• Support video editing and content prep as the role develops.
• Grow into hosting webinars for prospective clients and a broader marketing role.
