• Strong understanding of infection control and biosafety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients and employees using venipuncture techniques.
• Ensure proper identification and labelling of samples for accuracy and traceability.
• Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for collection.
• Maintain sterile conditions and follow infection control protocols.
• Operate phlebotomy equipment and ensure proper sample transport to the lab.
