R1 RCM PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an experienced Inpatient Medical Coder to join our team in the Philippines. This full-time role requires accurate coding and classification of procedures and diagnoses based on established guidelines and regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an active CIC/CCS/CPC/COC certification, has at least 2 years of inpatient coding experience, and familiarity with EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be Medical Allied course graduate.
• Active Medical Coding Certification (CIC / CCS / CPC / COC) is required.
• At least 2 years of inpatient medical coding experience.

• Code and classify medical procedures and diagnoses accurately according to guidelines.
• Ensure coding accuracy and regulatory compliance for inpatient records.
