Job summary

HDEC-DONGAH JOINT VENTURE in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking a Cargo Crane Operator to operate a truck-mounted crane safely to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites.

You will inspect cables, hydraulics, and crane components, check loads against capacity, and coordinate with signalers and crew using radios and hand signals. The role requires a valid HEO NC II and a professional driver's license, with construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid HEO (Truck-Mounted Crane) NC II certification.
• Valid Professional Driver's License and appropriate license restriction.
• Relevant experience as a Cargo Crane Operator.
• Construction industry experience is an advantage.
• Good hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and situational awareness.
• Physically fit and able to work long shifts and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of cables, hydraulics, and crane components.
• Check load weights and ensure loads are within the crane's safe working capacity.
• Coordinate with signalers, banksmen, and other crew using radio and standard hand signals.
• Perform basic cleaning and greasing and report any equipment defects or malfunctions.
• Follow all company safety rules and site procedures.
