Job summary

Mitsubishi Grand Canyon Iloilo is seeking an automotive technician with NC1/NC2 certifications and 1 year of relevant experience. The candidate should understand car parts, be flexible, and hold a valid professional driver’s license for both automatic and manual transmission.

Responsibilities include diagnosing concerns, performing repairs, ensuring quality on first time fixes, and maintaining tools and work area.

Qualifications

Graduate of any automotive course.
With NC1 and NC2 certification.
With at least 6 Months to 1 year of experience in the same field.
Knowledgeable in car parts and flexible.
Must know how to drive an automatic and manual transmission with valid professional driver's license.

Responsibilities

Diagnosis vehicle concerns based on customer concerns.
Performs work/service on customer units as indicated in the repair order.
Fix customer vehicles right the first time .(F1) Non-F1 rate is at maximum of 3%.
Ensures cleanliness of the vehicles during and after of repairs or services.
Advices Service Advisors of needed additional repairs on the unit as well as recommended repairs.
Participates in training and meetings, both internal and external as required by the management.
Achieves monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager.
100% utilization of required service forms mandated by the company as well as the manufacturers.
Compliance with all service programs with no incidents of violations as audited by the dealer.
Keeps self-abreast with new new product updates.
Observe proper procedures in conducting repairs as per the manufacturer's standard.
Promotes 5S and maintains cleanliness in the work area at all times.
