Job summary

Life Project 4 Youth Asia in the Philippines is seeking a proactive volunteer coordinator to support a team of young adults (17–24) in Calauan, Laguna. You will manage admin tasks, HR duties, and ensure smooth center operations while engaging with partners and the community.

The role offers a monthly stipend of 15,000 PHP, accommodation, meals, and transport, fostering a collaborative, multi-ethnic environment and opportunities to contribute to youth employability and social inclusion.

• Work experience in teamwork and team management appreciated.
• Experience in managing administrative tasks and documents appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Admin & HR duties: renewals, documentation, leases, visas, recruitment, contracts, and files.
• Center Operations Management: maintain LP4Y pedagogy, facilities, safety, youth activities, logistics.
• Team Coordination & Community: plan daily activities, community life, collaboration across teams.
• Partners, Event & Activity Coordination: maintain local partnerships and coordinate meetings, workshops, events.
